Full Stack Engineer and Security Officer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Full Stack Engineer and Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the full stack of our software applications while ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. This unique position requires a strong technical background in full stack development along with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Responsibilities: 1.Full Stack Development: ●Design, develop, and implement software solutions across the entire stack, including front-end, back-end, and database components. ●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software applications. ●Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry best practices and coding standards. ●Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure reliability and scalability. ●Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development to continuously improve our software solutions. 2.Security Management: ●Develop and implement robust security measures to protect our systems and data against potential threats and vulnerabilities. ●Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify risks and implement appropriate controls and countermeasures. ●Monitor and analyze system logs and security events to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. ●Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies. ●Stay abreast of emerging security threats and industry best practices to proactively enhance our security posture. 3.Security Policy and Compliance: ●Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. ●Provide guidance and support to internal teams in implementing security controls and best practices. ●Conduct security awareness training sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity risks and preventive measures. ●Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during security audits and compliance assessments. 4.Incident Response and Disaster Recovery: ●Develop and maintain an incident response plan to effectively address and mitigate security incidents. ●Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery. ●Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a security incident or system failure. Requirements: ●Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ●Strong experience in full stack development, including front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), back-end (Python/Java/.NET), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). ●Proven expertise in cybersecurity concepts, practices, and technologies, such as secure coding, encryption, authentication, access control, and vulnerability management. ●Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP) and their application in software development and system administration. ●Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools. ●Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems to identify security risks and propose effective solutions. ●Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate security-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ●Certifications in relevant areas such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) are highly desirable.
